Managing Conflict At Work

People's comfort with conflict and their skills to handle it differ considerably.  Some shudder at the thought of conflict and try to avoid it at all costs; some seem to find themselves in conflict situations and are unsure how they got htere, while others are comfortable with conflict but would like to improve their conflict management skills.

Like it or not, conflict is an unavoidable and necessary part of life.  D'Accord HealthSteps Managing Conflict At Work program teaches you the skills needed to effectively manage conflict.  Raised voices, hurt feelings and unsatisfactory outcomes do not have to be part of the process.  Indeed, conflict can result in positive change and creative solutions.

D'Accord HealthSteps Managing Conflict At Work program assists you to steer a clear path through conflict situations when they arise, negotiate 'win-win' solutions and take charge to create positive outcomes.

What the program offers
